We reserve the right to remove or suspend any auction violating the site advertising and image rules.

Payments are processed through Google Checkout, PayPal, Revolution Money Exchange. MoneyBrokers. We do not request Credit Cards. You can use your Credit Cards at PayPal, Google Checkout or Moneybrokers. All 3 payment gateways use an e-mail address and allow you to use your credit card using their system. We do not keep credit card information here at USold.

Non-Paying Customers
Anyone with repeated non-pay will have their account suspended. It's simple
if you do not intend to pay do not bid. If you purchased something please contact
the seller and let them know. Special circumstances may apply please contact us

if you have any concerns. Also we have a support system in place to answer your needs

and a message system to contact buyers or sellers.

BINDING CONTRACT:

By placing a bid you are making a legally binding contract between you and the seller. In most states, it is illegal to win an auction and not pay for it. In other words, if you don't want to pay for it, don't bid on it!

PROXY BIDDING FOR ALL BIDS:

Please bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay for this item. Your maximum amount will be kept secret. will bid on your behalf as necessary by increasing your bid by the current bid increment up until your maximum is reached. This saves you the trouble of having to keep track of the auction as it proceeds and prevents you from being outbid at the last minute unless your spending limit has been exceeded. If you have bid on this item before, your new bid must be greater than your previous bid.

DETAILS FOR THE SELLER AND THE WINNER:
The sellers contact information and the winners contact information will not be disclosed until the seller has paid any auction fees due. (Preferred Accounts exempt)

The seller and the winner should contact each other within three business days to discuss the payment, shipping, and handling details.

The winner must pay the seller directly for the item and the seller must fulfill the winners order when payment terms are met.

Leave feedback for the other party once the seller has received the payment and the winner has received the merchandise.

If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winner within 3 business days of the end of the auction, she/he may lose the place as the winner, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, both of which can ultimately lead to your accounts suspension or Close. (Note: Once negative feedback is left, it can not, and will not, be removed! Always Contact each other using your private messaging system in your members area.

Rights To Suspend or Close
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may close any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if

(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term

(d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be Closed.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under
18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be closed immediately.

As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.
This Web-site shall not be responsible for any items sold by Auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.
This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of USA and Canada and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of USA and Canada.
